
Summer Drinks 2025
As we enter the summer holidays we know trying to find menu items to keep your customer, and their mini's, coming back for more can be a struggle. With the weather being very 'strange' and mini heatwaves popping up out of nowhere it can be challenging to provide the perfect summer menu. We have done a little research to help you find fun and thirst-quenching beverages to suit every kind of weather.

'Coconuts About You' Iced Coffee
Ingredients

Coconut syrup
-
Double Espresso
-
Coconut Milk
-
Ice
Instructions
-
Fill glass with ice then add espresso and 2 pumps syrup.

Top with coconut milk then pour into cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously until well mixed.

Add fresh ice cubes to glass then strain the shaken coconut coffee over ice.
Caramel Frappe
Ingredients
-
Ice
-
Milk
-
Vanilla Bean Frappe
-
Caramel Syrup
Instructions

Fill glass with ice, level with the top of the glass.

Pour milk over (1cm below the top).

Pour contents of glass into blender jug.

Add 1 scoop frappe powder and 2 pumps syrup.

Put the lid on tightly, blend until smooth.

Pour back into the glass and serve.
Raspberry and Pomegranate Lemonade
Ingredients

Raspberry & Pomegranate Lemonade Syrup
-
Still/Sparkling water
-
Ice
Instructions
-
Add 4 pumps of syrup to glass.
-
Top with still of sparkling water to 3/4 full.
-
Stir and add ice.
