As well as our price match guarantee, we offer alternative ways to pay to help spread the cost. Different payment options can help a new business get set up or help an established business have a refresh at lower monthly costs.
These are the different options available to our customers;
Outright purchase
An outright purchase allows you to pay upfront for all equipment, no monthly fees, no contract. This is the easiest and quickest option for those who have the funds available to purchase directly.
Finance
For certain companies the best route to go down would be via our finance partner. Limited companies trading over 5 years can get up to 5 years to pay for their new equipment*, anybody trading less than 5 years or not a limited company can get up to 3 years. As with all finance agreements, this is subject to credit check and our finance partners application requirements.
Over 3 month purchase
For purchases direct through our website we now have payment options available for non-limited companies to help spread the cost over 3 months. ShopPay, Klarna and PayPal over monthly instalments, application depends on their criteria.
Refurbished machines
Our refurbished machines are available to purchase over the phone or via our website. These can be purchased outright, however if you are purchasing via the website and are not a limited company you can use the ShopPay, Klarna and PayPal methods.
If you are not in position to purchase a machine there are other options available:
Rental
Our monthly rental option gives you the freedom to pay monthly with only a months notice period. For a new business this allows you to start getting your customers in and creating a loyal customer base before taking the financial plunge with a brand new machine. It will also help you to understand what will work for you, your business and your customers.
Free on loan
Our free on loan offer has been re-jigged lately, we now offer it with 12kg of coffee as well as the rental. For businesses who already have an established customer base and do more than 12kg of coffee a month this option can help you save money.
