Bonfire Night Drinks
S’mores Latte
Ingredients:
- Double espresso
- Sweetbird S’mores syrup
- Steamed Milk
Instructions:
- Add double espresso and syrup to cup
- Top with steamed milk
S’mores Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- Verde’s own Pure Continental Hot Chocolate
- Sweetbird S’mores Syrup
- Milk
Instructions:
- Combine 1 scoop hot chocolate with a splash of hot water
- Add 2 pumps syrup then mix to a smooth paste
- Add steamed milk, stirring as you pour
How about something special……
Hot Apple Pie Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- A good pinch ground cloves
- ½ whole grated nutmeg
- 2L apple juice
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Apple crisps
- Dark rum (optional)
Instructions:
- Put the cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, apple juice and vanilla extract in a large saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- When the apple juice has warmed through, add the vanilla ice cream and whisk vigorously with a balloon whisk until melted and combined with the hot apple juice – the ice cream should make a frothy top on the juice.
- Pour a splash of dark rum into the bottom of the adults’ cups and top up with the hot punch. Garnish with apple crisps
