6 Refreshing Drink Recipes for January

January is generally the month many try and cut back to balance the overindulgence of December.  Whilst most people's coffee habit still stays strong (lets face it, who wants to live in a world without coffee) your customers' tastes are likely to be on the lighter side during January and heading into spring.

So here's our round up of the most popular and tasty refreshingly light drink recipes:

Skinny Nut Latte

Ingredients
Sugar-free Hazelnut syrup
Double espresso
Steamed milk

Instructions
Add 2 pumps syrup and double espresso to cup
Top with steamed skimmed milk

Raspberry & Vanilla Iced Tea

Ingredients
Sugar-free Raspberry Iced Tea syrup
Sugar-free Vanilla syrup

Instructions
Add 2 pumps of Sugar-free Raspberry Iced Tea and 1 pump Sugar-free Vanilla syrup to a cup
Fill to ¾ with still or sparkling water
Stir and add ice cubes to fill

 

Grapefruit & Lime Soda

Ingredients
Ice
Lime syrup
Pink Grapefruit Lemonade syrup
Soda water

Instructions
Fill cup to 1/2 full with ice
Add 2 pumps of Lime syrup and 2 pumps of Pink Grapefruit syrup over ice
Top with soda water and serve

Raspberry & Pomegranate Lemonade

Ingredients
Sugar-free Raspberry Iced Tea syrup
Sugar-free Vanilla syrup

Instructions
Add 2 pumps of Sugar-free Raspberry Iced Tea and 1 pump Sugar-free Vanilla syrup to a cup
Fill to ¾ with still or sparkling water
Stir and add ice cubes to fill

Strawberry & Lime Sparkler

Ingredients
Strawberry purée
Lime syrup
Sparkling water
Ice

Instructions
Add 2 pumps purée and 1 pump syrup to glass and stir well
Top with sparking water to 3/4 full and stir again
Add ice cubes to fill 

Skinny Vanilla Latte

Ingredients
Sugar-free Vanilla syrup
Double espresso
Steamed milk

Instructions
