The Ruby Pro espresso machine is built using components from our bigger commercial espresso machines and is ideal for producing gourmet coffee where space is at a premium.

Its copper boiler is fed from a mains cold water supply or a manually filled tank and is powered by a 2,500 watt heating element to make plenty of steam.

The Ruby one group traditional espresso machine can use ESE 44mm coffee pods, capsules and ground coffee. Please ask so that we can supply the correct group handles.

The Ruby Pro has a plumbed in waste pipe from the drip tray.
