As the sun starts shining again, we start looking towards those long summer days and warm summer nights. What better way to keep your customers refreshed than with the must have summer drinks? We have selected some of the tastiest, and prettiest, drinks around this summer. Ranging from smoothies to milkshakes and even a spiced Chai latte for those cooler nights.

Strawberry and Yogurt Smoothie frappe
- Milk/Ice
- Strawberry Smoothie
- ½ scoop Yogurt frappe
How to make: Smoothie Frappe
- Fill glass with Ice, level with the top of the glass
- Pour over smoothie to 1/3 full
- Top with milk, to 1cm from the top
- Pour contents of glass int blender jar
- Add frappe powder
- Put the lid on tightly then blend until smooth
- Pour back into glass and serve
Bountiful bliss milkshake
- Ice/milk
- 2 pumps Coconut syrup
- 1 scoop Chocolate Frappe
- Chocolate Sauce
- Desiccated coconut to top
How to make: Milkshake
- Half fill glass with ice
- Top up with milk (to 1cm below the top)
- Pour contents into blender jug
- Add syrup and frappe
- Put the lid on tightly then blend until smooth
- Add the desiccated coconut
Strawberry no-jito
- 2 pumps Strawberry Puree
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 50ml Soda
How to make: No-jito
- Stir together the syrup, lime juice, mint and soda
- Add ice
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig
Hot peach punch smoothie
- 50ml Peach Smoothie
- 1 pump Orange syrup
- 1 pump Lemonade syrup
- 1 pump Chai syrup
- Hot water
- Fresh slices of lemon/peaches
How to make: Smoothie
- Pour smoothie into cup and add syrup.
- Top up with hot water, stir and serve with a couple of slices of fresh lemon or peach.
Spiced (or Vanilla) Chai Latte
Spiced Chai: Blended black tea extract with natural ginger and cinnamon.
Vanilla Chai: A mild blend of black tea extract, ginger, and cinnamon – with a hint of vanilla.
Best served with a dusting of cinnamon.
How to make: Chai Latte
- Put 1 scoop into a 12oz cup.
- Fill 1/3 with hot water and mix into a smooth paste
- Top up with steamed milk
